MarkUp Tools enables you to add marks, images, comments, redline drawing and text to any document. The software uses the Windows XPS document format and if you have the Microsoft XPS printer installed (standard with Vista and 7), you can convert just about any document, including images, to XPS format by simply selecting the XPS printer instead of your default printer.
