Using Mail Attachment Downloader for documents

If you have partners, customers or vendors sending you documents as attachments (or multiple attachments) via mail, you can simply leave Mail Attachment Downloader running in the background. When a mail arrives Mail Attachment Downloader would notify you in the system tray that an attachment arrived via mail and will give you a count of attachments since you last checked. You can then open the folder and open the content that was downloaded automatically without having to go to your mail client. Mail attachment downloader will ensure that files are not overwritten by ensuring that they are prepended with a unique tag by default.

Mail Attachment Downloader will be minimized to your system tray and can automatically download attachments either daily, hourly or a custom time you specify.

You can filter email attachments by size or by file type as shown above. You can also choose to check all mail or selectively check new messages only.

Furthermore, you can use any online web service that supports POP3 or IMAP. IMAP is preferred for faster search criteria.
Limitations:
* Several features such as Advanced Search and Schedule / General Options tabs are disabled. Moreover, downloadable file size will be limited to 150KB and files outstandinger than that will not be written to disk.
