MRO is a Tray Icon/Background Process combination that logs the names of Folders as they become the Active Window on the Desktop. It saves the most recent of these in a list that is shown when you right click the mouse on the Task Tray Icon. The idea being if you are in Windows Explorer it's very frustrating to close a folder window only to realize you want to open it again. If it is several folders deep this is annoying. Instead of double clicking through the chain of folders again, right click on MRO and left click on the folder name to reopen.
