The distances can be measured in pixel, cm, inch, pointsor twips and the angle in radiant or degree.
The ruler is almost transparent so you can have it on the screen, while you are working with the applications below.
Additionally it has a screen loupe and a RGB value window.
You can also draw points, lines, rectangles, ellipse, polylines, bitmaps and text as temporary objects on the screen.
The temporary objects can be saved as a stand alone software or as a bitmap.
The 'remote interface' transmitts the meassured values to an other software and you can position the ruler from the other software (Windows Message based interface) The license of this windows utility software is Freeware, you can free download and free use this Windows Utility software.
