Luminance HDR is an Open Source Workflow for HDR Imaging. Create and edit HDR images fast and easy. It offer users a workflow for HDR imaging.

Three letters siginifient High Dynamic Range: Great dynamic range. Indeed, but for now nothing to do with digital photography: yes, because I lack for the Imaging: High Dynamic Range Imaging (High Dynamic Range Imaging).

This software supports the following HDR formats:
1. OpenEXR (extension: exr);
2. Radiance RGBE (extension: hdr);
3. Tiff formats: 16bit, 32bit (float) and LogLuv (extension: tiff);
4. Raw image formats (extension: various);
5. PFS native format (extension: pfs).

These are the supported LDR formats: * JPEG; * PNG; * PPM; * PBM; * TIFF (8 bit).

Luminance HDR Features:
1. Create an HDR file from a set of images (formats: JPEG, TIFF 8bit and 16bit, RAW) of the same scene taken at different exposure setting;
2. Save load HDR images;
3. Rotate, resize and crop HDR images;
4. Tonemap HDR images;
5. Copy exif data between sets of images;
6. Supports internationalization.

Luminance HDR is a graphical user interface (based on trolltech's Qt4) that provides a workflow for HDR imaging.
