Serial Port Setup:
1. Choose Setups, Serial Ports. (optionally click on the Port number)
2. Determining your Com Port's RS232 I/O parameters. Set the Comp Port Number, Baud Rate, Data Bits, Stop Bits and Parity to the proper values.
3. Click "Begin Capture" and begin scanning or sending input to the KeyInjector. If valid data is not displaying then double-check your Com Port settings. To change settings Click "Stop Capture".
4. If no data is displaying then check your cabling from the serial device to the computer. Generally you need to use a "Null Modem" cable type.
