MVLE: jmol Amalgamated Molecular Visualization Learning Environment, a unqie interactive molecular visualization tool designed for teaching and learning molecular structures. This Java-based amalgamation of the jmol software and a simple web browser has an overall graphical user interface that is easy-to-use and intuitive. Initially, it was developed to help undergraduate students learn concepts of protein structure, but it could also be used as a comprehensive molecular visualisation tool for both teaching, and research, in chemistry and biological sciences.
