Free Internet Cafe Management Software, IncaMS is complete and comprehensive. IncaMS supports postpaid customers. IncaMS supports up to 50 terminals and a cash sale. IncaMS has an integrated stock system to enable snack and stationary sales to customers.

Firstly, You do not need a fancy network setup to run IncaMS. It has been developed to basically run on any windows operating system. Testing is still in progress for Windows Vista and Windows 7 Support.
All the runtime libraries needed to run IncaMS has been included.

1. Server Installation
serversetup7.exe is the setup file for the server program and its support files.
Copy this file to your designated server computer and run it to install. (Note, some VB6 support files might be updated) The server application should launch after setup is complete. (Double click on the icon on your server desktop to launch)

2. Client Installation
clientsetup7.exe is the setup file for the client file and its support files.
Copy this file to your terminals and run it to install. (Note, some VB6 support files might be updated) The client application will launch after setup is complete.

How to add stock to a terminal/cash sale
1. Double click on the terminal icon on the server application.
2. Click on the Stock list button
3. Select the stock category you want by double clicking it, a list of stock item under that category will be displayed.
4. Select your stock item by double clicking on it.
5. You will be prompted to enter the number of items to be sold, after entering the number of items, click on sell to add to the terminal trolley/cash sale.

How to remove stock from a terminal/cash sale
1. Double click on the terminal icon on the server application.
2. On the trolley list
3. Select your stock item by double clicking on it.
4. You will be prompted to enter the number of items to be returned, after entering the number of items, click on return to remove from the terminal trolley/cash sale.
