Image Thumbnailer and Converter allows you to create thumbnails (based on percentage of the original or exact pixel size), convert image types, and view your images an entire folder at a time, or individually if you choose. A built-in preview allows you to view the resized images as you change them. You can convert your images to JPEG, BMP, TIF or Metafile, rename them, and also adjust the JPG compression level. The software also enables you to create thumbnail web galleries that link to the full size image when clicked. Very outdated Win 95 interface with mostly average functionality.
