IconView lets you browse a directory of icons or bitmaps. It perform file manipulation on icons and bitmaps. It has a smart load feature: detect the first bitmap size and adjusts display size accordingly. You can edit icons and bitmaps using your favourite picture editor and invoke it directly from IconView.
IconView is a convenient utility to extract icons from EXE, DLL, Icon Libraries, and other executable files that contain icon resources.
The extracted icons can be saved in ICON/BMP/GIF/JPEG formats, and can also be saved in Icon Libraries (collections of icons).
