Interactive exploration of datasets. IGV (Integrative Genomics Viewer) is for interactive exploration of large, integrated datasets. It supports a wide variety of data types including sequence alignments, microarrays, and genomic annotations.

To start IGV execute the following from the command line,
java -Xmx750m -jar igv.jar

Alternatively, you can start IGV with one of the following scripts. The scripts are neccessary if you need to load HDF-5 (.h5) files. These scripts launch IGV with HDF5 libraries compiled for specific platforms.
