Hulu Desktop is a great alternative for people who just need to watch some shows and don't care about anything else. It crashes a bunch, and has locked up my Windows 7 Media Center HTPC on many occations. It doesn't do local media or music or anything else except hulu. The real winner for Hulu Desktop is the amount of content available
