Translate text fast and easy. A small "Green" (portable) Windows client capable of translating selected text from most Windows applications. Translation is obtained by making a web services call to the Google translate service.
This software does not offer any additional translation services; it just adds convenience by automating the translations process.
The translated text can be displayed as a ToolTip, a Tray Tip, pasted back into the original document (if you software will allow editing), or spoken via Text To Speech (requires Microsoft SAPI in the appropriate language to be installed on your system).
The software does not need to be installed, just download the executable and run it. It should run fine on Windows XP, Vista and 7. Internet access is obviously required. Just select text in any application, and press the hotkey (by default "CTRL Q").
