The software provides a user-friendly graphical interface that allows viewing, analyzing, generating and reporting microarray data in an easy and intuitive measure. The program implements a number of algorithms to address microarray data analysis needs such as: normalization, filtering, data imputation, replicates merge, expression statistical distribution test, etc.
