GSA-SNP supports three data types, SNP, gene, and haplotype. The program automatically detects the data type by reading the first ten lines of the input file. The data file is a tab-separated ASCII text. Each row consists of a row identifier and one or more association values (e.g. p-values). The row identifier is determined by the data type.
