FuTTY is a fork of PuTTY v0.60 2011-04-22 (development snapshot) and includes these patches:
1. PuTTY Tray
2. PuTTYcyg
3. ntrans2+urlcut
4. transparency
5. "Reconnect" and "Save Current Session" menu options
6. Remote-controlled (ANSI) printing to the Windows clipboard

Added some small features
1. Added option that allows maximizing but not resizing the window, where font sizes stay the same.
2. Added mouse buttons option for "Middle pastes, Right brings up menu".
3. SSH related event logs show up on the terminal window as long as you're not logged in to the shell.
4. IP ToS Support (on XP/2003 only):
* PuTTY & PuTTYTel = Low Delay
* pscp & psftp = Max Throughput
* plink = Max Reliability
5. Changed a lot of the default settings (fonts and colors mainly).
