FileAnalyzer is a small software which generates a collection of useful information about a file, specifically the MD5, SHA1 & SHA256 hashes on that file.

The software also reads other info from the file such as: Date of creation, date last written to, last access date, size in bytes, size in kilobytes and file attributes. You can quickly dump the contents of the analysis report into a text file via a menu strip option.

The software is also able to check the generated MD5 Hash against several online services to determine whether or not it is a virus. At present ThreatExpert and viCheck are the only services supported, but I intend to add more soon.
