Load Atari image formats with the help of this tool. FAIL (First Atari Image Library) is a portable viewer of several 8-bit Atari image formats.

Currently the project consists of:

10. HIP "Hard Interlace Picture", 160x200, grayscale. Both 16009- and 16012-byte formats are supported.
