Easy Usenet Uploader is a freeware Windows tool to upload binary files to Usenet newsgroups. It is specifically designed for people who are new to Usenet posting and need a simple tool to start with. Of course it's also convenient for experienced uploaders who don't need all the functions and extra settings that for example yEnc PowerPost has.

This is a slimmed-down version of yEncBin Poster. My intentions with yEncBin Poster were to create a very simple tool to upload binary files to Usenet newsgroups. Initially I created that simple tool, but soon I got quite a few feature requests and in order not to disappoint the users, I added most of the requests.

After adding automatic Rar archive and Par2 recovery file creation, I realized it wasn't the simple basic tool anymore that I planned to make and I lost interest in the project. An other problem was that due to all the extra code, yEncBin Poster had become a little bit buggy and it was too much work to remove the bugs.

Later somebody contacted me and offered me money to strip out only the necessary parts from yEncBin Poster, clean up the code and change the way the files were uploaded, so all connections would focus on one file as much as possible... basically the tool I planned to make when I started with yEncBin poster. And that's how Easy Usenet Uploader was created...
