Compare directory trees and files for differences. The Directory DIFF project provides a Java software and associated classes for comparing directory trees and files for differences. Two directory trees are displayed side-by-side in a split panel, with expand and collapse features on each for easy comparison. Shows identical files, missing files, additional files and file changes (differences) displayed as different icons in the browse tree.

This project incorporates many generic/reusable classes that you can utilize in your own projects.
