Pairwise disconnectivity index evaluation made easy. DiVa (Disconnectivity Valuation tool) is a console software which enables you to evaluate the pairwise disconnectivity index as a measure for the topological significance of an element in a (regulatory) network. DiVa recognizes networks that are represented as directed or undirected graphs. It can be used to do either a general analysis for all elements in your network or to perform a targeted survey for particular groups of them. Elements can be vertices (genes, molecules, etc.), edges (reactions, etc.) or patterns like network motifs.
