If you wish to be able to share your sales data - contacts and deals - between all of your computers and smart phone then you will want to set up a database in Personal Storage. Personal Storage is Internet storage for your sales data that is provided by Software On Sailboats.
You can create and manage the information that connects you to your Personal Storage database through the Preferences' Personal Storage tab. To get started:

2. Create Your Personal Storage Database
To send email from this software you must provide information about your email account. If you are an Outlook user you can get this information from Outlook's Tools --> e-mail Accounts.
