DViz is designed to be used for the production of visual scenes for use in presentational systems.
Basically, DViz is designed to manage groups of slides - it handles designing (layout) of the slides, and the output of the slides to one (or more) screens. DViz supports special types of slide groups, such as songs, videos, live web pages, or playlists of slide groups. DViz also supports video backgrounds, live HTTP MJPEG video streams, networked outputs, and remote control via built-in webserver.
It's simple and easy to use - I've had young teens (12 or 13yr olds) running the songs within 2 minutes of sitting down - now, this is during the youth group in the evenings, but they handled it well. (They love the ability to change the video backgrounds on the fly during the songs.)
