DLManage can add or remove users from Active Directory Groups and Distribution Lists via Command Line. This software makes it possible to add/remove users from a Distribution List in Active Directory in a scheduled batch file. It can also be used to add/remove users from standard security groups as well though and so is quite a useful tool if you ever need to schedule a change like this or include it in any other kind of script.
