DG's CSV2XML is a very simple utility that converts CSV files into XML lists. It uses the table headers (the first row) to generate the elements of the XML List. For more information and examples, read the documentation in the help section of this website.

How does it do it?
1. The header of the CSV (the first row) become the element of each node in the XML list.
2. The cells below the first row become the data of the elements.
3. The parent element--the element of the whole list--is entered manually as is the name of the repeating child element.
