Ctrl+Tab:
1. Tabs are presented in most-recently-used order, similar to Alt+Tab on various operating systems
2. Releasing Tab and pressing it again moves to the next preview
3. Pressing W closes the selected tab
4. Releasing Ctrl switches to the selected tab
5. Hidden preferences: browser.ctrlTab.mostRecentlyUsed

Shift+Ctrl+Tab:
1. Shows all open tabs
2. Tabs can be closed by middle clicking
3. Search field filters tabs based on their titles and addresses, Enter selects the first tab
