CryptSync is a small folder sync software with encryption features. It can start with Windows, ignore some files (such as: *.tmp, thumbs.db, dekstop.ini), set interval for full scans in minutes, run in background, sync files and exit.

Each Sync Pair includes: Original folder (kept unecrypted), Encrypted folder and Password.

Sync Pair Options:
1. Encrypt filenames
2. Mirror original folder to encrypted folder
3. Use .7z instead of .cryptsync as the file extension for the excrypted files

You can enter files you don't want encrypted.
