Come on with me and experience its powerful functions and advantages now!

Conference-CD is a tool to create custom CD menus that will automatically launch when the CD is inserted. It allows us to create CD menus that automatically list and organize the files included on the CD, using an alphabetical index that allows to navigate all files and folders on the CD. In addition, it can convert PowerPoint files into HTML presentations (requires MS Powerpoint), and includes a Java search engine, allowing the viewer to search the content of the CD. Conference-CD creates the necessary output files to burn the CD, but does not include burning software. Conference-CD provides a free trial for us but only can be free used 30 days and some functions of it are disabled. It is a standalone software and does not need any extra software and hardware requirement. Conference-CD does not contain any adware or spyware. It works with Win2000/XP only and its current version is 1.40. The price of the registration version is only $99.00 and we can get update and upgrade free.

Here are some key functions and benefits of Conference-CD:

1. Conference-CD has very good compatibility. Conference-CD is a Windows (2000 or later) application. In addition Office (2000 or later) must be installed in order for the PowerPoint conversion to work and for the title to be extracted and a search index generated from Office documents. However Conference-CD will run on almost any operating system.

2. Conference-CD copies all the source documents to the CD Burn folder, including all the subfolders. If appropriate, it converts PowerPoint files into HTML pages so that they can be viewed easily in a browser.

3. Conference-CD cab add various navigation options to the CD, including a contents page for each folder, an alphabetical index and full text search. All added pages use a template to ensure a consistent look and feel. Templates can be customised by Professional Subscription and Consultant Subscription licence holders. The contents page for each folder contains a list of links to the documents in the folder. The link name is taken from the title of each document (or the subfolder name). If a document has no title then the wizard will use the file name. The entries on the contents pages will appear by default in alphabetical order.

4. We can use Test Mode in the Conference-CD to change the order of entries in each contents page, to hide certain documents or folders and to substitute alternative titles. However it obviously saves a lot of time if this stage is planned carefully and the final structure of the CD borne in mind.

5. By default all the files in a folder will be listed on the contents page. However where one file is called "index.htm", "index.html", "default.htm" etc, Conference-CD will assume that all the files and subfolders in the folder are part of a web site. In this instance the link from the previous contents page will open the "index.htm" file directly. Conference-CD Wizard will also "hide" any files in a folder that are linked from web pages in the same folder.

6. Conference-CD provides a wizard for us. When we start Conference-CD for the first time we will need to click on the "New project" button then overtype the Project name box with the name we want to use. Once we have used Conference-CD it will start with the last project we ran in the "Project name" box. The "Make a CD image now" button will be available to allow us to skip over the intervening screens and rebuild a project quickly after we have made any modifications. The welcome screen also has a box for entering our licence ID although the chances are that we will run the application under the Evaluation licence the first few times we use it.

7. Conference-CD allows us to specify the source of the information to be put onto the CD. This is the working folder into which we copied all the documents. Use the "Choose folder" button to browse the file system and enter the path quickly. By default the CD burn folder will be created automatically in the same parent folder as the source information folder but with "burn" appended to its name. If we browse the file system we will be given the option of creating a new folder. The new folder will be created in whichever folder is highlighted in the explorer type window; we can then change its name from "New Folder".

Conference-CD has a friendly and easy-to-use interface. Not only can beginners use it simply but also experienced users can also use it for advanced application. With all these features, simple interface, excellent usability and free trial - why are you still reading Download the free trial and create your famous CD launch menu now!
