1. MYSPACE:
To post a comment, click the 'copy' button, and after selecting the Comment box in myspace press CTRL+V to paste.
To send as a message simply paste the copied code into the 'compose message' box in myspace.
If you would like to post an image as a bulletin, or to a profile / blog click the 'MySpace' button and follow Myspace's instructions.

2. TAGGED: To post a comment, click the 'copy' button, and after pressing 'post a comment', select 'Widget: Enter Code' box, and press CTRL+V to paste.
If you would like to post an image to a profile, click the 'Tagged' button and follow Tagged's instructions.

3. FACEBOOK: Click the 'Facebook' button, then "post" and follow Facebook's directions (select friends, etc.).
