Circulator can display a set of windows in cyclic order. It is currently used in a range of applications, including:
1. network monitoring
2. stock market monitoring
3. news monitoring

In the current version, up to 10 windows can be selected. The number of seconds to be displayed is adjustable for each window. The Circulator program moves window number one to the front of all other windows, waits for the given number of seconds, then moves window two to the front, etc..
