CalcTime is a time calculator and time logging. Calculating time is easy enough but CalcTime will surely make the tedious and error prone task of calculating times easier, faster and with fewer errors. CalcTime provides features for multiple time logs, which can be used for multiple people, jobs and/or tracking time for things that require time logging. This feature replicates a time-clock card.

Also, the CalcTime Options tab includes Report Builder, which is a feature that allows end-users to modify existing time logs and create new ones. Report Builder can also be used to create FORMS and to perform many spread-sheet-like calculations.
1. The Show Clock button launches a convenient digital clock;
2. The Report Titles button allows users to edit report titles;
3. The Org Name button allows users to edit the Company Name field;
4. The People button allows multiple persons to be added for Time Clock tracking.

CalcTime has four Window Tabs. You should see the Tabs labeled Regular Time AM/PM, Military Time 24/Hours (also referred to as European Time format), In and Out Log and Time Tape.
1. The Regular Time AM/PM and Military Time 24/Hours Tabs perform the same function of adding or subtracting one time of day with another but with different time formats.
2. The In and Out Log allows you to record a start shift time and a an end shift time. The elapsed time is automatically calculated. You can print a report that is selective by a date range and the total time is calculated according to the range selected.
3. The Time Tape allows you to add and/or subtract any number of time entries that you desire. Optionally, you may print your Time Tape for review and auditing purposes.
