CachedExchange

Queries, enables, and disables Cached Exchange Mode for Outlook 2003. The CachedExchange software was designed to be a small software that allows you to query or change the "Cached Exchange Mode" setting in Outlook 2003.
Outlooks Cached Exchange Mode feature, first found in Outlook 2003, allows Outlook to store a locally-cached copy of a users mailbox on the hard drive. While this feature makes Outlook more tolerant of network outages, it may not be the best choice for users that connect to the Exchange server over slow network links.
The programs command-line syntax is as follows:
CachedExchange [-p "profile name"] [-d ¦ -e] [-q]
The -p option lets you specify a MAPI profile name. Make sure to put the profiles name in quotes if it contains spaces. If you dont use -p, the software uses the default profile.
The -d option disables Cached Exchange Mode, and -e enables Cached Exchange Mode. If you dont use -d or -e, the software returns the current mode.
The -q option causes the software to run quietly (no message box).
If you run the software without -d or -e, it returns an exit code of 0 if Cached Exchange Mode is disabled, or 1 if its enabled. Any other exit code value represents an error.
If you use -d or -e, an exit code of 0 means Cached Exchange Mode was changed successfully. Any other exit code represents an error.
The license of this software is Freeware, you can free download and free use this outlook add-ons software.
