CS4splice is a tiny splicing detection utility. CS4splice is a general-purpose alternative splicing detection tool, for which a highly error-tolerate complementary quad-seeding strategy is incorportated, in order to handle inexact seeding and all 3 types of errors in alignment, including in/dels.

This software was also designed to produce results for further Biological analysis, and the output files consist of all the exnoic alignments as well as the information of spliced alignments.
