Systems thinking beyond mind mapping - visualize and simulate. The MODELER and its extensions-the PROCESS MODELER and the OLAP MODELER-are tools (that run on Windows, Mac and Linux) that can be used to both visualize and to analyze the connections that exist for factors that are involved in our daily challenges. They help us to gain insights, so that we can e.g. come up with successful ideas, improve communication, manage complex plan projects, identify risks, foresee developments as well as identify and develop successful measures that we should take.

The MODELER can be used by everyone. It follows the natural way that we think and talk. Factors are simply linked using arrows and a plus sign (for an increasing effect) or a minus sign (for a decreasing effect) to form arguments or to describe projects, processes and developments.

CONSIDEO MODELER Features:
with Monte-Carlo Simulations based on the use of random values and the distribution of likelihoods of certain values you can run as many simulations you need to get as a result:
1. a spaghetti-diagram showing the possible outcomes of a factor
2. through the context menu of any plot of a spaghetti diagram you can see the combination of values that led to this outcome
3. a histogram of a factor shows the likelihoods of the different outcomes
4. you can view the descriptions of diagrams within their header
5. with the new diagram type ‘Selected Values' you can choose points of time as columns showing the values of selected factors in rows. This is a very common view of data within business applications.
6. you can highlight those rows
7. as an alternative to slider manipulators you can now choose a list of parameters
8. you can choose the number of decimals to be shown within tables in the cockpit
9. you can alter the sequence of cockpits within the Cockpit Explorer via drag and drop

Limitations:
* 10 records you can import as underlying data, the disabled mind map import and the restriction to 20 factors for the qualitative analysis and quantitative modeling and simulation.
