This means that you'll have to add the friends you want to check to the account used by BuddyCheck and they must accept your invitation. This could blow your cover.
As an alternative, you could login with you main account for a short period to check for invisible users. You will be logged out of Yahoo! Messenger while you do this since only one software can be logged in into a specific account at the same time. If you receive a message during this time, it will be lost since BuddyCheck can't show it.
