When Bounce Metronome Pro starts up, select from the droplist of metronomes at the top of the main window - e.g. the Polyrhythm, Swing, Drum & Dance, Mixed Meters, Flamenco Clock, Basic or Pro metronome or whatever, depending on your interests.

When you first run the metronome, you may need to adjust the synchronisation of visuals with the ticks which you do in the Bounce Preferences (Ctrl + 220) window.
