BootZilla is a compilation of tools intended for use in diagnosing and fixing viral and spyware-related infections on computers. It also has the capability to test memory and hard drives through the use of a BootCD function called BCD.

BootZilla is a set of utilities to aid in removing and cleaning up virus and spyware infections. It is geared to be very portable, and offers a boot function for hardware diagnostics, while providing a set of useful utilities to help I.T. experts in doing their jobs.

It has seen constant updates and revisions over the past 5 years. Version 5.1 is the latest release, which builds upon the reliability and portability that BootZilla's users have come to know and love.

BootZilla is a toolkit designed with the intent of creating a simple toolkit that can help the computer user or technician in removing pesky virus and malware infections. It can also help in the diagnosis of
severe hardware failure, such as memory or hard drive failures. The entire toolkit offers a BootCD functionality, built up off of the Ultimate Boot CD.

What is BCD?
BCD is the new name for the BootZilla BootCD. It is based on the UltimateBootCD v4.1.1, with some custom applications added, and most of the applications that the UBCD community uses removed. It is not meant as a replacement for the UltimateBootCD, but as a companion to BootZilla's functionality.
