Please make sure that your Bluetooth and WiFi drivers and cards are properly installed. If Bluetooth or WiFi status is set to off in the program status bar, it is very likely that the proper hardware is missing or that required services or drivers haven't been installed properly. In these situations, please consult your hardware or software vendor for assistance. Blue Presence detects these services automatically if they exist and requires no configuration in the program itself.
