Active@ Disk Image is a DOS-based backup solution designed for complete backup and restore the entire hard drive as well as selected FAT / NTFS partitions and logical drives. It includes an option to open existing disk images and preview the files and folders in the image before restoration. A backup image may be stored on a USB drive, network storage, burned directly to CD/DVD/BR discs, or kept on any other media. In addition, we can restore disk images created in other data recovery software. In case of computer failure, a backup image may be used to recover our computer system or find and restore any necessary files from within an image.

Active@ Boot Disk Lite may be used to start a PC from CD, DVD, USB flash drive (appropriate BIOS settings required). Boot Disk Creator component - an utility to make a bootable CD/DVD or Flash drive. Supports following equipments or functions: TCP/IP network access; Additional driver loading on-the-fly; CD/DVD burning (After loading basic system files into the RAM, the Active@ Boot Disk may be removed from the CD-drive and used for CD/DVD burning); File management. Clone Disk: Transferring data, sector-by-sector, from one partition or an entire disk directly to another partition or entire disk. Duplicate the same data to multiple hard drives. Scheduling: Scheduling disk images automatically daily, weekly, monthly, any special date or time interval.
Log Reports: The log file contains a detailed list of actions performed during each operation.
