The Poisson-Boltzmann equation or PB describes the electrostatic environment of a solute in a solvent containing ions.

Installation:
1.Download and extract the APBSmem zip archive.
2.Ensure that apbs is installed and on your path so that you may run: apbs -v
from your APBSmem directory without errors.
3.For Linux/Mac OS X, run the install.sh script to compile the C-based support programs.
4.Run APBSmem: java -jar apbsmem.jar
